Commissioned by the Public Art Fund and the Greenwall Foundation
"Birds" 1999, is a site specific installation on the Hudson River in Lower in Manhattan. The sculptures are constructed from lobster and fishing buoys. Baron purchased a small dingy and he along with a friend installed each of the sculptures over a 2 week period.
