Commissioned by the Indianapolis International Airport, Indiana
Baron's Baggage Claim is encountered in the baggage claim area of the Indianapolis Airport and invites travelers to sit upon the furniture-like sculptures. Each sculpture is constructed from vintage suitcases that were molded and cast in bronze. A miniature world of tiny passengers and pedestrians involved in a landscape of travel related activities inhabit each work.
